Yes. Orders placed before 11:00 on a working day are delivered the same day in Somerset West and the wider Helderberg, subject to what is fresh in the studio that morning.

Somerset West, Strand, Gordon's Bay, Firgrove, Croydon and the surrounding Helderberg areas, plus Stellenbosch for weddings and events. If you are just outside these areas, ask us — we will tell you honestly whether we can get there.

As much as you can give us. We take on a limited number of weddings each season, so popular Saturdays in spring and summer book out early. That said, it is always worth asking about a shorter lead time.

Yes. Sympathy work is often urgent and we prioritise it. Phone or WhatsApp us with the service time and venue and we will confirm what is possible that day.

We work with fresh, seasonal Cape flowers, so occasionally a stem is not available at the market. When that happens we substitute with something of equal or better quality in the same palette and style, and we will tell you if the change is significant.

We invoice by EFT for most orders, and card payment is available in the shop. For weddings and events a deposit secures the date and the balance is settled before delivery.

With clean water, a fresh cut every second day and a spot out of direct sun, most of our arrangements look beautiful for five to ten days. Proteas and fynbos often last longer. Our flower care guide walks through it properly.

We do, and we handle a lot of them. Hospitals and hotels have their own reception procedures, so give us the ward, room or company name and a contact number and we will make sure it reaches the right person.

Yes — that is our corporate and hospitality service. We agree a palette and budget with you up front, then arrive each week to swap the flowers over and invoice monthly.

Yes. We keep vases, plants and gift extras in the shop and can add a handwritten card to any delivery. Tell us the message when you order.

Monday to Friday 8:00 – 16:30, Saturday 8:00 – 12:00, and closed on Sundays. Wedding and event setups happen outside these hours by arrangement.
